PhotoHunt: Heart

It's time for another weekly photo hunt, hosted by Sandi at The Saturday PhotoHunt. This week's theme is Heart ♥. My family knows that I like anything with a heart shape :) so when they find something resembling a heart shape, they are quick to show me. They're so sweet.
My youngest son showed me a heart-shaped chip that he found.

My husband found a heart shape in a cucumber when he was slicing it.
My youngest son spotted this heart shape on a piece of bark.
I made this heart shape and painted it for my husband. I wrote "Rao Mee Rao" (in Thai) which means "We have us."
This picture was taken in 1989 when my husband and I were dating. I was holding the roses he gave me.

Book Review: Immeasurably More: 100 Devotions on God's Extravagant Grace by Deb Burma

I was excited to review this devotional book for 3 reasons: 1. I collect devotional books, 2. I'm a big fan of God's grace, and 3. The theme of our church's women retreat this year (this weekend) is Ephesians 3: 20-21, " Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory ." which is also the theme for this book. Immeasurably More is a beautiful and meaningful devotional journal. It has 100 devotions organized into 10 different topics (grace, love, power, provision, purpose, peace, joy, gifts, rest, and life).
