The Family Toolbox Giveaway

I am a member of the Family Toolbox Blogger Team. I'm looking forward to using the Family Toolbox with my family. We have two teen sons left at home. I will be posting my review afterwards. Biblical parenting is so important for us Christians. Consider this quote by John Bunyan: " Your children have souls, and they must be born of God as well of you, or they perish. And know also, that unless you be very circumspect in your behavior to and before them, they may perish through you: the thoughts of which should provoke you, both to instruct, and also to correct them. " The Family Toolbox is a DVD/video-driven program that brings parents and teens together for constructive dialogue around significant issues of discipleship. These characters are patients in Sisco Heights Mental Health Facility and the story takes place fifty years in the future when religion has

Joe Finn, a baseball coach, returns home after being away for 7 years in pursuit of his career as a scout for the big leagues, hoping to get rich. He only gets to spend 2 weeks with his wife, Hannah, who has cancer before she dies. He is left with his son, David, who holds a grudge against him. One thing they share is their love for baseball. Joe hopes to mend his relationship with David by offering to coach David's dying, non-competitive little league team, the Gappers. Joe decides to form a new baseball league that practices diligently, plays competitively, and aims to reconnect fathers and sons in the community. I cried during the movie. My father was absent from most of my life. I forgave him and had a chance to be at his death bed (even though he was unresponsive). It really touched me to see dads wanting to be there for their sons. A father can make a h
