Family Camp is the first feature film from The Skit Guys . It is a fantastic fun-filled family & faith film. Grace Ackerman (Leigh-Allyn Baker) persuaded her busy, workaholic husband, Tommy (Tommy Woodard), to sign their family up for a week away at their church's family camp. When they get to camp, they discover that they have to share a yurt with another family whose leader is Eddie Sanders (Eddie James), a talkative, gregarious chiropractor. The two families compete for the camp trophy while trying to figure out how to save their own struggling marriages and families. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. I laughed out loud, and I cried. It's a comedy that contains a valuable lesson about faith, family, parenting, and marriage. In addition, you will enjoy an adventure, beaver, and campfire. Outstanding performance by the cast. Tommy and Eddie (aka the Skit Guys) have really great chemistry since they have been best friends for 30+ years. I love the music in the movie, too, e
"I am the Vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in Me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing." (John 15:5) It is our desire to always abide in JESUS CHRIST, our Lord and Savior, and to bear much fruit...hence "Fruitbearers." "The fruit of the Spirit is LOVE, JOY, PEACE, PATIENCE, KINDNESS, GOODNESS, FAITHFULNESS, GENTLENESS, and SELF-CONTROL. Against such things there is no law." Galatians 5:22-23
