This is my first time participating in the Motivate Me Monday meme hosted by Sarah Mae at likeawarmcupofcoffee. Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog. Welcome!
I desire to live for God. I desire to use my time, talents, and treasure for His glory and according to His will. "He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God." Micah 6:8
There are many injustices in the world today. One of them that truly grieves me is "abortion", merciless killing of the innocent human-beings. Those unborn babies never get a chance to "redeem their time". For those who have experienced abortion, please know that the Lord loves you very much and He is willing to heal you and forgive you. Sarah Mae graciously shared her abortion story here (part 1) and here (part 2). It’s a beautiful & powerful testimony to the Lord’s grace, mercy, compassion, and restoration.
I would like to encourage you to do all you can to defend the defenseless. Please pray that the women facing unplanned pregnancies will choose either to keep their babies or to give their babies up for adoption. Choose life! Please also pray that they will surrender their lives to Jesus, the Life Giver!
Emily Dickinson said, "If I can stop one heart from breaking, I shall not live in vain." I say…if I can stop one heart from stopping, I shall not live in vain.
