Review: Artsy Olive Framed Art Print

I was given an opportunity to review a 7.7 x 7.7" customized framed art print from Artsy Olive. I was very pleased with the ordering process and the product! Isn't this simply beautiful and meaningful? My husband and I chose one of our favorite Bible verses: Proverbs 3:5. We also put our wedding date as the start of our family. We love it! It goes so well with what we already had on our hallway's wall. I was impressed with how easy it was to order and the art print was shipped the next day. The website is well organized. There are various designs to choose from. My husband and I like so many of them (it took us a while to narrow down and pick one). On the website, you can search by category (such as home & family, inspiring words, sports & hobby, etc.), occasions (such as Christmas, anniversary, graduation, etc.), styles (such as rustic, retro, coastal, etc.), or collections (such as fruitful kitchen, one true King, southern women, etc.).

Christmas is almost here. A personalized framed art print is such a wonderful, thoughtful, unique gift that will surely make the receiver smile and feel loved. It will also remind him/her of you the giver for years to come. You can go to the website and use the promo code "blog15" to get a 15% discount on your order. It is good from Dec. 1-30 for unlimited use. There's also a giveaway (you can win a framed print from Artsy Olive). Five winners will be selected. Here's the link to the giveaway:

The newly widowed women find their faith is tested when they must go to work in the mines to keep a roof over their heads. Elizabeth charms most everyone in Coal Valley, except Constable Jack Thornton (Daniel Lissing) who believes Thatcher’s wealthy

DVD Review and Giveaway: A Mile in His Shoes

A Mile in His Shoes is a family-friendly movie (PG) about a young man diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome (a form of autism) and how his God-given talent (his amazing throwing ability) helps him and others. It's about overcoming challenges in life. It is based on the book "The Legend of Mickey Tussler" (a true story). It's directed by William Dear, the director of "Angels In the Outfield." It stars Dean Cain who plays Arthur Murphy, a baseball coach and Luke Schroder who plays Mickey, the main character. Excellent performances! My family and I enjoyed this movie. It spoke to my heart deeply because one of my kids has symptoms that are similar to Asperger's Syndrome but the doctors diagnosed him with anxiety disorder, instead. My son is very athletic and great with numbers like Mickey. He is also sensitive to noise and crowds like Mickey. When Coach Murphy sees Mickey (a farmer boy) throw apples at a bucket for his pigs, he knows that he has just fo
